Responsibilities.
Participate in the research and development process of new products and propose specific suggestions for process improvement.
Cooperate with the business to complete pre-sales and after-sales technical consultation, support, and solution evaluation.
Cooperate with sales to sort out user needs, application scenarios, engineering solutions and other information, and propose targeted solutions.
Based on business and market needs, lead the promotion of lamp-related certification and drive related certification business; be responsible for feedback of unqualified items in the product certification process to relevant departments in writing or email and follow up for improvement.
Organize the process parameter data of the lamp products, and regularly organize technical training and new product training for domestic dealers and internal sales personnel.
Assist in the technical implementation of marketing-related activities, such as sample configuration and networking work at the exhibition site, product technical features and product display plan formulation.
Collect information, specifications, and certifications about light sources, optics, and drivers related to new products, and sort and upload them to the system.
According to the lighting sample testing requirements, receive relevant accessories for performance testing of related projects, such as IES testing, temperature rise testing, integrating sphere testing, electrical performance parameter testing, etc., and output process improvement suggestions based on the test results.
After the overall test is completed, the product process parameter table will be compiled based on the test data and sent to relevant departments and uploaded to the system.
Assist the marketing department to complete the writing of relevant product (plan) promotional materials, and (systematic) explanation and demonstration of product technology.
Assist in the discussion and improvement of customer complaints and propose process improvement suggestions.
Requirements.
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical or computer.
Familiar with the parameters, configuration and production process of commercial lighting fixtures.
Familiar with CAD, Photoshop and other software operations and using CAD as working software for more than 1 year.
Familiar with industry standards and safety registration requirements for lighting products, and familiar with lighting product certification requirements and processes.
Be proficient in the LED lamp testing process and equipment operation, mainly referring to IES testing, temperature rise testing, integrating sphere testing, electrical performance parameter testing and other testing items.
More than 3 years of relevant work experience, proficient in the relevant requirements and processes of various certifications such as CCC/UL/CE/CB/FCC and other domestic and foreign certifications, familiar with environmental protection requirements such as ROHS and REACH, and able to design products according to certification requirements Make rational suggestions and plans for production, and guide and participate in the improvement of problems encountered during the product certification process.
Be proficient in product compliance control processes, have 3C certification and factory audit experience for switches, sockets, lamps, and drivers. Familiar with knx, wifi and other smart industry certifications will be given priority.
Be familiar with the inspection requirements of certified factories and be able to lead the completion of certified factory inspections.
